Sr. Project Development Manager

Job Duties :
- Deliver comprehensive presentations on the full product portfolio and services to enterprise customers.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Foster and sustain strong partnerships with channel partners and key account stakeholders.
- Conduct industry research to understand customer needs, establish strategic alliances, and drive customer satisfaction through timely feedback and support.
- Oversee and manage local operational services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers in Taiwan to optimize operational processes and meet client requirements with professionalism.
- Drive the achievement of business objectives through strategic account management, regular performance reviews, and successful implementation of business plans.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Provide regular updates to management, including sales performance metrics, business progress, and detailed action plans.
Minimum Requirements :
Master’s degree in Integrated Business Management, International Trade, or a related field. Must possess 1 year of relevant work experience.
Special Requirements :
- Proficiency in designing memory hierarchy for advanced processor architectures.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Unix-based operating systems in large-scale environments.
- Experience with ARM architecture and kernel debugging using GDB.
- Advanced understanding of computer architecture and operating systems to optimize software for processor pipelines and manage kernel-level drivers. This position requires traveling to the USA, Canada, LATAM, Taiwan, and China approximately 8 to 12 times a year to develop business, coordinate new product initiatives, manage manufacturing site coordination, and attend trade shows.
